Hi Katie, I am in High School and love staying active and exercising! My health is very important to me and although I don't really care about losing weight or looking smaller I still want to make healthier choices so I don't head into the direction of being chubby and not loving myself. My family is not the most interested in health and fitness so it can be a challenge to find healthy options for food at home. It's not like we're always eating soda and chips; moreso just not lots of fruits and vegetables and a lot of what we eat is carbs and meat (Which I don't like meat very much!) So it can be a challenge to get all of the nutrition I need. What can someone who doesn't like meat eat for protein? Also I do not have a job yet so don't get an income and can't buy the food myself. When only I want to make a change in my family it doesn't seem fair for them to buy me special food. I still like the food my mom cooks for dinner but I just don't know how eat the right foods when she is already putting a meal on the table. Do I just eat what she cooks and focus on other healthy aspects like exercising and drinking water and getting more sleep? Thanks so much for your inspiration! You remind me a lot of my older sister. She is about your age and kind of had a similar story to you. After college she really wanted to start making changes and now loves exercising, has been in some half marathons and is so inspirational to me! XO Hannah
