Ok team – Three circuits to get through in today’s HIIT Booty Bootcamp. We are getting in a solid leg and butt workout but first we will be running through some glute activation exercises to warm things up! You will need a mini band and a heavy dumbbell for today’s workout. (I’m using a 25lb dumbbell in this one)This is going to be gooooood – Follow along!
Circuit 1: Glute Activation / Warm Up (30on/10off x1)
Circuit 2: HIIT Strength / build lean muscle (30on/20off x3)
Circuit 3: Power / improve endurance + agility (20on/10 off x2)
*Stick around for a quick stretch!

After finishing this workout I realize why there are so many people in your comments asking for a low impact and complaining about their knees
didn't have bands. used bodyweight. short and sweet. followed it with 15 min hiit cardio of lower body and abs from fitness blender. workout complete!

I LOVED this workout! I’m curious about the bands that you used. I have several brands of band and they inevitably roll and/or ride up and down my legs. I’m trying to improve my form but also wanted to see if you have advice in brand or what I should look for when investing in new ones. I love using the bands but get annoyed with trying to straighten them out. Thanks in advance!

Amazing! I used the booty band and upped my weights for the first two circuits, then pushed as hard as I could during the third with just body weight. I feel awesome💪🔥 I was thinking maybe you could make a program using your older videos? I always really enjoy everything from you, thank you for all your hard work!
