What's the music at 0.53?
Dana you are an incredibly gorgeous woman. 😍😍😍 I'd ask you to marry me for sure…
Yesss my two favorite strong girls in 1 vid 😍
Dana always dropping that knowledge
BONNY 💪🔥
If you could get your shoulders stretched out more, you could reduce all that pressure on your wrists. The writs can stay in a straight line with forearms in the low squat position. Not hating, just passing on some info. It will not feel good at first. FYI. But once you’re stretched out enough, you’ll love it
What would Jason Blaha say about this subject matter?🤔
Low bar = future lower back damage
I like low bar !!
It’s funny how youtube celebs talk about special movements and what not, but if you listen to actual real world champions, they say move the weight consistently and diet appropriately.
Toes out or straight ahead?
I do it over my shoulders right under the neck, I wonder is that a good technique???
Dana’s legs and ass in those shorts 😍😍😍
Wow, I don't know how many squat videos I've watched and not one really explained this. I never knew the difference, thank you!!
If you want bigger legs and glutes you high bar ATG heavy. Simple as that
This is very informative. I will be incorporating low bar squat to my training as my knee joints are really bad. I'm a Crossfitter so I've been practicing High bar squat for many years.
I really want to try switching from high bar to low bar because I don't have the best knees, but my upper body is not flexible. What are some things I can do to increase the mobility in my shoulders and wrists so I can do it??
ps I loveeee these informational videos
I wish, I can get a woman like you in my life, forever……oh god, you are so beautiful
I had this big long rant typed up about how you should be able to transition between different squat positions based on purpose regardless of sport… but then I actually watched your video to the end lol great explanation!
Ur grip would be more comfortable if u unlock Ur thumbs. Bring them over the bar. Just a tip
Give low bar a chance, lol💪 God I miss the barbell! Stupid COVID taking my gym away & unfortunately I don’t have a rack, barbell or plates. Love the simple & effective explanation! I’m a low bar squatter with front squats as accessory, but I’m just a mom & disc golf athlete😉
thank you for this video 🙏🏻 transitioning from crossfit and trying to learn how to low bar and this was very helpful!
Fantastic! Thank you
My advice is WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU!!! Here is info no one gives…. how about the “secret supplements” taken for most bodybuilders?? I take 180mgs of test a week at 54 years old… here are my quads and I don’t squat or deadlift https://youtu.be/IbxFmqq-nus
WOW. THANK YOU. I've been high barring it my whole life and NEVER felt the posterior. But that explains why IM ALL QUADS. lol Good information
This is so great to know. I’ve always only been taught and shown the high bar and with knee and ankle surgeries in my passed I’m very unstable doing the high bar squats and gave up squats for the last couple years all together. I think I can do this! Super excited to add squats back into my workouts. You’re awesome girl!
Thank you! I do need to add a squat rack…you answered this for me tonight on your live (11/18/20). It’s funny as low bar always felt better, now I know why. 😆♥️👊🏻
i did the smart thing and ditched the straight bar for the ssb bar its the best thing i ever did for my shoulders.
Helpful!❤️
Finally a video that breaks down the difference between high and low. Been doing high bar for years and am now excited to try low bar to hopefully get a bigger PR down the road.
