who are you to judge,this man is a beast physically and mentaly….and i know that if he wanted to bulk up and add mass he would easily do it,but he is more a fittnes man,and you have to recpect that…he has helped thousand of people incuding me,so dont think that you are too clever because you are NOT…

He's a pro athlete! Google his MMA title fight video, u will see he broke his opponent arm in 1st round. His workout program is so much better than Mike Chang's stuff.
