I'm glad you explained this Mike, I've been watching your videos for a couple of years, especially your epic bench press sessions with Big Rob and CT Fletcher.
I have to be honest, I knew something wasn't right when I saw you struggling with 4 wheels each side.
You usually do 4 wheels for reps.

I'm only 17. Just started working out 4 months ago. Ive benched 115kg 1 rep and 100kg 4 reps. I attempted 120 but couldn't get it just yet. I don't bench with arched back either. Body weight is 92kg currently. Trying to lose weight to. Is my current bench decent?

It's age also. I'm 33 now and saw a decline at 29. No chemicals for me though, just eat big and lift big.
