hey omar, im 17 and recently hit a plateau. for the past month my bench has been stuck at 275 and my squat at 405. I think part of it is mental because those have always been my goals, but either way i have not increased either in the slightest. I have been neglecting pull day because my back looks pretty good and i dont deadlift because im not too good at it. Any advice?
