Heavy Lifting (Calisthenics Style) – OfficialBarstarzz

Barstarzz member Vertical is demonstrating a “Heavy Lifting” routine. This routine’s principles are: Perform a high intensity muscle building exercise, and everything is done with low repetitions. 3 Sets of each exercise, and perform each exercise in 3 to 5 repetitions. Remember to stretch and warm up before attempting this routine. Hope you guys enjoy. Peace.

Just an idea, if your microphone is only picking up Left channel audio, then duplicate the audio track, Set one of the pans to be 100% left and the second one to be 100% right, now you have both channels covered

remember doing pistol squats in football while holding a 25. balance is easy to get after doing them alot
