This smoothie simply consists of 4 ingredients all of which deliver a heap of benefits for a healthy heart.

Cranberries
Blueberries
Cherries
Avocado.
One easy way to ensure you are getting lots of nutrients is to have a smoothie and this simply recipe does just that.
A good tip is to buy frozen fruit, this way you have it to hand when you need it and it is cheaper than buying it fresh. Smoothies are down to individual taste and you can always add a banana if you have a sweeter tooth and if you like a thicker smoothie then add a dollop of low fat natural yoghurt.
So this simple smoothie is a great way to keep your heart healthy.
