Good to know that I’m om the right path with nutrition!
My musts are:
Oats – I have them for breakfast everyday as they keep me full for a long time
Apples – Love to have them as a snack and in my oatmeal. Also love them with a little bit of peanut butter, such a treat😍
Sweet potatoes – I use them in veggie curries, as a substitute for fries once in a while and my fave: sweet potatoe and red bell pepper soup! Just amazing!

My top 3 ingredients i always have on my shopping list are Bananas- I can either eat one as my "sweet" after lunch or i can freeze it for my morning shakes, Water- I never leave the store without a case of water i drink it all day long, 3rd would be chicken- we eat chicken almost every night in some shape or form we either make it grilled, chop it up for a salad or air fry it and add veggies on the side. 🙂

I already have the health book. 😀 I always have olive oil, the benefits are endless, blueberries to add to my breakfast and I love sweet potato. Very hard to pick 3! 😋

Raspberry’s is number one! Since doing your workouts I’ve had an insatiable craving for them even though I used to hate them!

Oranges (the easy peelers because I’m 5😂) so handy to just grab and go!

Kefir, such an amazing natural probiotic that when you mix it with a good healthily made tropical/orange and mango juice tastes like the orange solero! So it taste like it should be bad for you but really it has great health benefits!

Thank you so much Lucy! Just about to go shopping and quickly wrote down everything in your list! I think my 3 healthy choices would be Apples, dark chocolate and Ceylon Tea (which I’m not 100% sure if it’s my first choice or if it’s because that’s the section that’s closest to the entrance 😂lol)

My top three grocery items are: bananas, eggs and chicken breast- all three are so versatile! I love making cheeky little banana pancakes where I just smash up a banana, add in some oats and two eggs and some cinnamon then I cook it on a skillet and voila! Delish!

Hi Lucy! Thanks for sharing this video, I loved the lists, they are super helpful. For me, the 3 ingredients to have are chicken breast because it keeps me full, I can cook them different ways and they are inexpensive. Kiwis because they are absolutely delicious. And sweet potatoes because they are healthy, sweet and I can quickly prepare them since I just boil them. I love your channel, your content is always helpful, positive and inspiring. Have an amazing day!

Hi Lucy Thanks for the tips, I'm pleased I follow most of these healthy options. I really look forward to your food label options. My top 3 food items I always put on my shopping list is *Cucumber, because it's so refreshing with salad.*Blueberries, because I love adding them to my oats in the morning, full of antioxidants. *baked potatoes, because it's a great carb to eat after a work out, to refuel my energy.

My top 3 are eggs because they're perfect for all meals, oats because it's my absolute go-to breakfast to keep me full and frozen broccoli because it goes perfectly with almost all dinners so I love knowing I always have some in the freezer 🙂

My top ingredients are dark lettuce (not iceberg) as I love salad and its such a easy way to eat raw food. I also love different types of honey, especially locally produced ones which I like to buy when I go away. I also love dark chocolate. Use them to make healthy brownies.
