Cinnamon Raisin Protein Bites
Macros per bite:
125 calories, 15 carbs, 10 protein, 3 fat
You can also find these listed on MyFitnessPal!
Ingredients:
3 cups oatmeal
6 scoops protein powder (vanilla flavor suggested
5 tablespoons peanut butter (cinnamon raisin flavor suggested)
1 cup almond mlk
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions: Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir. If needed, add a little water to help with mixing. The goal here is to keep the mix as dry as possible. If you add too much water you won’t be able to form these into bars or bites. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, make small size bites or bars on tin foil. With the amounts shown I was able to make 18 bites. Once done, place in refrigerator for 30-45 minute or until firm.
Thanks to Brandon for doing this collab!

@bf6067 I don't normally recommend people but when I do….they are legit. If Brandon was in Toronto we'd def. film a workout

Hey Omar, is playing pick up basketball games (the ones that people actually take seriously) good cardio? I usually play for about an hour when I do. Would you recommend more things like sprints and etc?
@xxsamplextextxx More things like sprints but basketball is cool 🙂
@senpoopsta damn right, that's why we did this, be sure to subscribe to his channel, brother!
@TomOutt1234 I'm pretty sure it's in Oxford English, 2012 edition
@TheCounterStrike2012 definitely, but as a general rule (particularly when gaining size) I SUBTRACT the fiber content when calculating my daily carbs
RIP ZYZZ
Mmmm, those balls look delicious!
i will be doing dis in my dorm room… >:D
thanks so much for the video!!
ive successfully made my own in my dorm room >:D
pretty darn good too!!
Just made a batch but tweaked it a bit! Used chocolate dream peanut butter instead of regular peanut butter and Hershey's unsweetened cocoa. Formed them into 1 oz balls at 86 cals/2.2f/11c/6p. Awesome snack! And Brandon was very smart to use spoons to form the balls…i used my hands and that was a disaster haha. Great video guys!
