I make these for my boys for schoolsnack time. In place of prepackaged granola bars. I just freeze a big batch 🙂

Good video.I have the natural peanut butter with no added ingredients so its healthier and although yes its quite full of fat, in moderation its fine as its the good fats that it contains that are beneficial to your health.I only have it about twice a week.Fats are so misunderstood nowadays but the body needs healthy fats to make energy.😊😊😊
Is it 1 C oats or the written recipe preceding your demo, says 1/2 c. Seems like 1 c would be better.

If like me you are allergic to peanuts, substitute Almond butter . I have another variation of this in a cookie that also is no bake.(will have to find the recipe and post it.) Both are decadent, yummy and very high energy.
