Hi Lucy! I always eat clean and do lots of exercise each week but I havent been losing any weight and sometimes even gaining a couple of pounds!? Is this down to something like fatigue or hormonal inbalances or am I just not doing something right? please reply I need your advice thanks!

"…you can be the person you wan to be… and there is absolutely nothing stopping you…" says people who've never had to deal with chronic illness. I can appreciate what you do for healthy people, or people who actually can achieve good health under their own power, but that line literally made me cry bc I want to be healthy so badly, you have no idea how much it hurts to hear that. This probably isn't a channel meant for people like me, people with real obstacles outside their control. Thanks anyway. Just do try and remember that we exist, too.
