Hello. Please help. I want to get the eBook/eCalendar. I followed the link but I can't make sense of anything. I'm still rehabilitating from a brain surgery so things are still confusing. I'm sure a three year old can do this lol! I've got autoimmune diseases too, am not mobile and am constantly putting on weight due to the steroids. This calendar will help me focus on my life goals which I can't do following the brain surgery. Is there an easy way to get this calendar and be part of this community? BTW I think Lucy Wyndham-Read is great! I've recently discovered her because she does easy yet effective exercises around the home. Thanks Lucy <<3
