Could definitely do without all the comments regarding "i'm so scared" and "i don't even know where it is." Some people, including myself who are trying to better themselves have eaten at these places and occasionally I slip up and go to these places. Maybe less filler on this video would be good, and instead just show the healthiest way to order off of these menus.

I mean I’m not a fan of fast food! I probably have fast food like 4 times a year. I go to the gym 5 times a week. And when I don’t get a chance. I workout at home. I love to home cook healthy meals🥦 smoothies🍓fresh pressed juices 🥒and I can keep going Lol However, when I do have fast food starbucks, chick fila, McDonald’s or subway. I don’t pay attention to cal, what it has or what’s bad. BECAUSE when I don’t eat fast food in a while….. I mean like a while!!! I actually like it and it taste even good to me. Oh and my stomach doesn’t react in a good way. BUT thankfully I don’t eat fast food that often. So I really don’t care that much like they did in this video. At the end of the day it’s just eating fast food for one day 👀 Nothing will happen if it’s just one day. Especially, if you love to live the healthy life. Just saying 😂 ps: And don’t like Taco Bell. Because I’m Mexican and Taco Bell is not Mexican food lol Yeah, sorry to disappoint y’all But REAL Mexican food can’t be anything compared to Taco Bell 😂❤️🤷🏻♀️

Honestly, although his breakfast wasn't as healthy as Katie's, I think it was somewhat healthier as it actually had substance and will keep him fuller. This whole video kind of rubbed me the wrong way…

I absolutely love this channel and I love Katie. But I feel like Ryan won the McDonald’s round. His order was more realistic and something I’d actually want to eat. It made me cringe seeing Katie just eat the egg and throw away pretty much the whole sandwich lol
