Healthy Cookies (yes it is true) these are so simple to make and you will always now want to eat these. Just 3 ingredients and all you need is 2 minutes.
The great thing with this healthy snack is you can add any dried fruit, or even swap and have a few nuts of seeds.
Some tasty ones I have made are.
Cranberry and Hazelnut
Date and Ginger
Raisin and Cinnamon.
You can really experiment with this and this is a great healthy snack for kids also to enjoy.

Hi Lucy, I just started watching your channel, and noticed in this video you suggest using the microwave. I don't know if you've ever watched the school project YouTube of a girl who does a water test for plants. In one plant she pours boiled water, and then the other exact same plant she pours microwaved water. For one week this process is done with about half a cup of water or something like that, at the end of the test the microwave water plant looks like empty hollow straw, the boiled water plant is grown green lush and thick. When I seen this video I have rarely used my microwave since then it was such a dramatic visual comparison of boiled water and microwaved water and the things that microwaves do to our food and drink. So I deeply appreciate the oven suggestion for cooking those delicious cookies you invented . I hope you get a chance to find that video it was really quite eye-opening. Hi Lucy, Huge fan of yours! I just started doing the lose the muffin top 7 day challenge workout and absolutely love it. I was wondering if for the third ingredient we can use dark chocolate chips? Or do you recommend us just using fruits or seeds?
