Hello gals! My all time favorite desserts are: Lilys dark chocolate bars made with stevia and gasp half the calories of the traditional bars! The cocaroons lemon flavor is my favorite and you can actually make a similar one just by looking at the ingredients on the back. Also the Living Raw coconut karma truffles are great too and they are only 60calories!

You've seen Annie's before because they make the BEST boxed mac and cheese- shells and white cheddar. I'm a big fan of veggies and hummus at the beach, salad with avocado and fruit, lots of different healthy drinks, and of course, MORE FRUIT. Especially frozen grapes! Insta handle- tiu_sarah4373

I love cold fruit so I buy seedless grapes amd I freaze them and then when im on the go I put them in a zip lock bag and by the time I start snacking it's not frozen anymore but just cold.

It all looks fabulous. Ready made, healthy snacks on the go. Unfortunately the only thing I can get hold of from that picnic basket is the avocado…You are so lucky girls, especially the ready made juices in a bottle. I love that idea.

Have you tried the Epic meat protein bars? They are amazing, and have a bunch of flavors. My favorite is the sriracha chicken and bison. 15 grams of protein!

I'm loving the Lovechock organic raw chocolate bars ! No sugar added, and only superfruits in it : orange/Goji berry, almond/fig .. so delicious and so filling two squares are enough !

Keep TIU approved snack suggestions coming, Karena and Katrina!  I'm a college student and always on the go so unfortunately I can't always make the recipes on the Nutrition Plan.  One thing on the Nutrition Plan that I must mention… I'm confused a bit by the guidelines on when to eat fruit.  It suggests fruit in the morning or at lunch, but then in other plans it says have fruit if you're still hungry in the evening.  Maybe a video (for TIU nutrition plan members) explaining what an "average day" should look like.  As a dietetics student I'm interested in your explanations of why to eat certain food groups at certain times of the day.  I'd love to hear a video on this being elaborated more.  Thanks!!
