Healthy Asian Meal Plan to Lose Weight (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joanna Soh Official

The basic principle in Asian diet is to consume simple whole grains, with cooked vegetables and a little bit of everything else. Too much or too little of any one thing is not good.

Asian diet is mostly gluten and dairy free. The emphasize is to use natural real ingredients to cook. I’ll be sharing with some of my easy and simple favourite oriental dishes.

1) Breakfast – Fish Congee
2) Lunch – Egg Fried Rice
3) Dinner – Chicken Soba Soup Noodles

This is a beautiful meal, but it doesn't comply with your food combining rules that say not to combine starchy carbs with proteins.
Please explain how this is acceptable to a food combining program.

Weight loss is a tough yet easy journey.. Ppl often try to make it very complex with things like calories and weight loss drink but I personally feel like it is not that complex at all.. Last summer when I went to visit country side I met with my cousin.. Trust me I am not making things up.. In just 7-8 months she lost like 20-25 kg even with dieting.. Rice is like a compulsory food for us Asian.. And she eat rice twice in a day sometime even thrice.. What she did was to cutting of her portion when consuming rice.And exercise twice a day. Like I said weight loss is a tough yet easy journey.. It would be tough from 1-2 month than it would be much better.. You just need to be constant.

Guys. lost tons of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a popular weight loss system called Okibetonic Secrets (just search it on google). Thanks to it I've lost tons of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. Get a popular lose weight diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets (just google it). Thanks to it I've lost crazy amounts of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I don't really want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever.
