Starting now. I’m obese and have a lot of health issues, I’m about to go into surgery and I have PCOS. Doctor said I need to lose 10 lbs. but I know I need to lose at least 30 lbs. and then some. Hoping I can stick to at least one video a day. I’d appreciate any suggestions or advice. ❤️

Hey Lucy ! I’ve been using your workouts since August at 3 am before I start work. It helps get my day started. Some days i have time for two separate ones in my time Frame. These videos work and get me moving thanks for sharing and making them small enough, intense enough and easy enough for us regular people to follow.

I had some pain in my legs but after doing these workouts and having tips off Lucy my legs are starting to feel a bit better. I also like the exercise because there is no stretching, or press ups or sit ups. They are quick and easy. Love them

I honestly feel like crawling into your arms and cry right now lol. I've been feeling disgusting for the past month. I've gained weight from staying home every day and I had 2 c sections and never really lost the weight and I feel like its impossible to lose that flap stomach but I cant wait to try your 7 min workout and slow down on carbs. I'm 185 pounds but I'm not tall so that's alot for me. Is there any special workout you would recommend for me to tone the lower tummy? 🥰

Lucy will you do another video of results on the screen with your voice in the back ground tips and stuff like one video I seen the other had the pics to the side I didn't enjoy it as much as the one with pics on whole screen bc when ur showing results during workout I can't see them I'm too busy working out . Result videos of ur workouts and u got plenty I can do videos on will help me have more inspiration the more pics of results with ur videos I know I am getting results since I found u I enjoy working out but I go and hour or so with different Lucy playlists or repeat videos I enjoy on days in down and ain't feeling like doing anything
