Ma'am I am 16 yrs old and I am 65 kgs… Please please tell me if your workouts are enough
I am regularly doing ur work outs .. 2 of them each a day and also having HEALTHY diet…. Many times I have posted my query but there was no response… I hope this time at least you will help me !!!
There is an important thing for me … I am going to join the national cadet corps (part of army) of my country…
Target is to reach 55 within 2 months… Please please please help me 🙏

Hi, lucy I thank you for all the change that came into my life. I have struggled with weight. I have a heredity of weight. I gained and lost many times. I was exercising but not loosing weight. I am doing your arms workout and 7 min workout and now 14 min calorie buring workout for more than an year now. I am a vegetarian and rarely eat sugar now. I have not lost much weight but my clothes fit better now. I am not young or rich either. I am taking each day as a time and working against my heredity or weight and diabetes .

Lucy! I love your workouts! They work for me because 7mins mentally feels easy and doable. Then doing your workouts I'm challenged and get better at them and then the 7mins becomes a warm up to your 15 or 20mins workouts where I really 🔥 calories and feel totally amazing after. I have raved and shared your YT channel with my parents sister friends and coworkers!! I even started a WhatsApp group to do your exercises. I love the variety. I just completed your 7 day full body workout you posted a month ago… I'm hoping to continue after my winter hibernation exercise break. Thank you so much for making workouts simple…I also quit wasting money paying for gym membership I didnt use. now i workout in my living room which helps me be consistent. Ur the best Lucy! Thanks a million!

Hi I am really happy to do your excercises
Currently I am doing your 3 seven mins sets. Is that safe as I do them for 6 days and take two days break and then start the same along with 3 mins arms and chest excercise.

I personally prefer workouts not longer then 30 minutes, which I can do at any time of the day.
and I prefer marching workouts 🙂

Hi Lucy started 2 weeks ago doing 2 of your classes daily walking 3 miles a week had awful few months with my mums health and furloughed at wk this is really helping and lost 4 inches of waist and 2 imof hips early workout s great thx you so much am loving this always done sports etc but struggled to get to classes last few years thx you again keep up the great wk xx

Hi Lucy. Firstly, I can’t believe you’re 48! Wow! You look like you’re in your twenties! I’m a similar age to you but overweight and with poor health. I’m just starting my journey to get fit and healthy (I hope I’m not too late). I’m keen to try your workouts as my spare time is limited so 7 minute sessions would be ideal. The issue is I have scarred Achilles that flare up quite easily. I used to run a lot but sadly had to give that up. So my question is, which of your workouts would be safe for me? Also, do you have a warmup and cool down video to follow? Thank you.

Thank you so much for all your videos Lucy!! Had been running 40 minutes to an hour 4x/weekly , light wghts and yoga. Stopped running been doing your videos 7 to 20 minutes a day 6 to 7 days weekly. Still do yoga …but WOW!! Lost 4 lbs in 10 days and my aerobic capacity much improved!! Than You!
