Again Hassan's issue is not as much of a conditioning but carrying too much muscle for his frame.
He MUST lose some mucle to get more separation.

Lol she’s pretty confident right there and a little too cocky in my opinion. But I think Grant should do one more competition to silence that noise. I hope she keeps that same energy if Grant does come back.

Flex calves are just crazy! Shawn should at least do the Arnold classic if he cant compete in the Olympia… Hassan just needs to come in conditioned, he has enough mass to sacrifice some of it for better conditioning… Patrick needs to come in bigger an I truely believe his conditioning will be just fine with the extra mass!
