@215datdude It depends on what your current fitness goals are, but you can do this up to 5x per week if you are really focusing on your core. Make sure you mix up your routine often to make sure you don't slow down your results. HASfit's website has 100's of free workouts to help mix up your routines.

Hi coach Kozak, i have been going through hasfit.com exercises and their details list "2 rounds, 3 rounds etc". I don't really understand what it means. I've just started on the fitness journey. Does it mean that once performing the exercise, start again immediately. Or does it mean like 1 round in morning, 2nd in afternoon, 3rd in evening – assuming its a 3 round exercise.

Coach i just started doing your abs exercise listed on hasfit and after some seconds i started to feel pain in between my upper abdomials during crunches. It just wouldnt subside so i stopped. Is it normal? and what should i do?

If it says 2 rounds that means to go through each exercise twice at one sitting.

Working out hurts. But there is a difference between good pain and bad pain. It is going to be up to you to tell the difference. It is suppose to hurt during and a few minutes after. See a doctor if it continues after your workout.

Dear Coach Kozak, I have not been able to find the link to the site telling me how many repetitions of each of the Core Exercises you suggest to work up to the strongest core possible. Please give me the link to that information. I like your work so much.
