I had breast reduction surgery 4.5 weeks ago, and I've been itching to get back into practice. This was perfect! Not too long, raised heart rate just enough, and no pressure on the arms/chest. The chest openers felt good, even though I'm still not back to where I was yet. Overall, a great practice to getting back into it! Thank you!

I have Rheumathoid arthritis and have little mobility in my right wrist. This was perfect for getting back into yoga which I have really missed. Thankyou x

Thank you for this video. QUESTION: My feet and legs naturally turn out and it feels wrong (as if I'm putting too much pressure on the knees) making the feet parallel. Is it OK to let the feet and legs turn out a bit if that's your natural stance?

Thank you so much for this! I hurt my arm (apparently I have golfers elbow though I don’t golf) and I was so bummed I couldn’t do the yoga I normally do! This definitely lifted my spirit and got me moving, thank you! ❤️😁

Nice a bro split for yogo..one day lower one day upper..joking aside I really like this to help give my wrist a break as I get use to yoga. I also use you hands video almost daily now..you are the best yoga instructor on YouTube and love your blue healer. I use to have one named Thor, one of the best dogs I ever had.
