great workout Joe. I wasn´t able to do it on Halloween because I was at work but I did it right now. It was great. I just started working out again (started with this one) after having borrelia (discovered just in time so I should be okay). So I finished antibiotics almost a month ago but I waited for blood tests. It was almost months without exercises so it felt great today :)))
Looking forward to doing this later when the sun goes down! Thanks Joe and family. Sure it will be amazing and we're loving your 2019 and 2020 seven days of sweat and complete them alternately with one or two days break when we feel like it. Definitely helping us get through this time and also means we can continue cooking lovely food without worrying too much about piling on the pounds!!
My kids still play your sessions and enjoy exercising. Today my 10 year old said 'it's so much fun to exercise with Joe.. The school PE session is so boring' 😄
