Should be no wrist guards, no elbow sleeves, no straps, no belts. All the lifts would go down and no one wants to see that. It's a more accurate test of strength though.

Hi CT . I want to get something started like you got going out there in Compton. I don’t own a gym but have a good friend that does. I love the way you guys compete. I live in Illinois right in the corn belt lots of big corn feed boys here. Any info on how I can get started would be helpful. I’m 52 lifted since 12 years old not real big right now but not giving up fuck average. I think what you do is awesome.
