Use maple syrup instead of agave – agave is 90% fructose and spikes your blood glucose levels WAY up!

Agave syrup is has quite a bit of Fructose. It can be as bad or worse, than corn syrup. Honestly; gold old fashioned granulated sugar would be a healthier option. I would also ditch the oil. If it needs something; use apple sauce instead.

it's impossible to spot-reduce fat. While blueberries are extremely healthy and full of fiber (sometimes being considered a "super food"), they do not reduce belly fat. They may assist in weight loss, but it's impossible to target the fat in one area of the body.

"Lower in cholesterol" …🤨

obviously there’s no cholesterol because there’s no animal product🙄… people don’t know what they’re talking about especially with "healthy food choices"
