You have a ab dominant core i can see it . You lower back right above your ass is not firing enough . I can pick this out because im a man that had two lower back surgeries. One scope that failed and one fusion. My core needs major work. Just thought maybe I can help you see that pay super close attention to your lower back when you walk sometime or when you put bars over your head . I suffer from anterior tilt you slightly very slightly have the opposite. Im not sure how to fix it but see it.

Dude I never did my rear delt tell me why my shoulder embalance was sounding as if it were stratching sandpaper now that I worked my rear delta my back stop doing that sound n it actually helped my shoulder inhury

So many people are so worried about how much they are lifting with the seated dumbell.. who cares what you look like at the gym. I'll start with 5 lbs dumbells with this exercise and work my way up with super high reps until I get that muscle connection. No fucks given

Great video Scott! Hey, does the standing dumbbell press build bigger shoulders overall vs seated? Also can you use resistance bands for the face pull (I work out at home don't have a cable machine)
When doing the standing presses with dumbbells, are you supposed to keep them separated, meaning straight up and down. Or do you touch them together at the top??

Nice video Scott. I saw a video regarding face pulls where it was indicated that if you lead the motion with your elbows you recruit more your rear delts, if you lead with your hands and thumbs the pull motion you recruit more your back muscles. Do you have any thoughts on that? Thanks again for your great content
