guys its all about calories in vs calories out, no matter if u do keto or fasting or eating normal schedule with all macros, just eat less and/or move more and u will drop weight,
do more of the same when plateu, do it in small steps and dont crash diet, eat a diet that u can stick to. loosing bodyfat is the simplest thing that is in theory, but hard for the brain.
u are gonna suffer a bit no matter what so dont think it doesnt working because u are to weak to actually do what u know u need to do.
the placebo of thinking what you are doing is the best is the best for those who doesnt understand, cuz thats whats gonna make u stick to it. like all the keto folks lol…
i eat the same on a bulk and strenght face as when im cutting to 8% bodyfat, just more or less, after i while i add in extra cardio when i dont want to drop more cals.
no benefit, besides if you feel like it can help you stick to your calories and daily intake. doing cardio, working out and not beeing obese is the most benefit. all the other "benefits" of fasting is simply the benefits of loosing weight.

This is great; however, my gym doesn’t have 2 out of the 3 options. The largest barbell goes to 60lbs, and then all you have is the smith machine. And there isn’t a wedge to slant your feet on. Also, no sled to pull. Do you have other variations? 😩
