Here's my experience with this workout! I'll do my best to keep it updated!
Note: As of right now, I'm 13 years old and about 87 lbs. I'm trying to gain weight to build muscle, so the results I get are also from a very healthy, blanced diet with tons of healthy fats and protein. Make sure you're eating good! Also, I'm doing nataleebfitness "Savage Thicker Thighs" workout, and the Brazillian booty workout one too!
Day 1: EVERYTHING HURTSSSS it burns pretty bad, obviously no results yet but i think its working. havent worked out in a while so thats why its so difficult, but ima keep trying
Day 2: My right leg was sm sorer than my left before I did the workout, and I noticed it looked more muscular than the let just after one day and I was like HUH?:L":>_)_+ my right hip seemed bigger too, so i focused like 75% on my left side to even it out. I'm hoping it worked, but overall a lot easier today, even though I woke up sore
Day 3: Rest day Today I did the 2 week ab shred, because my legs were soooo sore, but I noticed a little bit more width on my hips and my legs were slightly more toned from nataleebfitness's "Savage" workout
Day 4: Today I felt kinda sick and didn't wanna push myself too much, so I did glute bridges, squats, side lunges, and the kickbacks. Starting to notice results in my thighs and glute!
Day 5: Today it was SO easy!! I even had to add resistence bands! I'm getting back into the workout groove and I'm noticing really great results in my glutes
Who would want to have a bigger booty. Jaikes
Feeling good after this! I admit I'm not a fan of repetitive workouts, but this works & honestly, it's pretty fun with resistance bands 🙂

Guys, this workout is magic! My booty feels as if I have been to the gym for 2 hours. But one buttcheek worked more than the other one 🙁
I also think that, because there are no weights included, you really need to concentrate on the mind muscle connection!

This truly works I went to work the next day and people said my hips looked fuller I come from a family where our hips and butt are really small this workout really beat genetics
How the hell are any of you saying you feel “the burn” ???? These are the weakest workouts I’ve ever done and felt nothing compared to workouts I’ve done before! Zero Stars.

Hey can someone answer this for me. Like at the first set this was sooo easy like I didn’t feel like it’s working at all ya know the burn wasn’t there , I feel like these workouts made me sweaty lol and hopefully it will work on the daily basis. I’m at home and I can’t really afford the ankle weights or rope u use but I’m just hoping it will magically work.

Thanks to chloe tings workouts. I lost inches/fat and gained muscles. My stomach has always been a problem area for me. Regardless if I was skinny or not. I’ve always had troubles toning and building muscles in that area. And it only got harder to flatten after having two kids. But in only 12 months of following chloes workout programs on her website. My stomach is flat and I have a 4 pack! Every day I get closer and closer to a six pack. I started at 150 and am now 115. This year I’m just trying to maintain good health & keep the weight off. By working out for 30 sometimes 40 minutes, 3 times a week. I do 15 or 20 minute hitt all 3 days and I’ll add 10 or 15 minutes of (day 1) abs, (day 2) arms & (day 3) butt/hips workouts. It has helped keep me in good shape.
