A good portion of bodybuilding information is a bastardized watered down version of real strength/performance training and its usually only applicable to those who use performance enhancers.

I'll reference one book to read and you can rethink your comment: Super Training by Mel Siff. Short answer: yes you can, I did and its how I grew my chest. Don't believe bullshit bodybuilding mags

Omar what about lagging arms its kinda tricky to train em twice a week for me , should i do like 6 sets of triceps on chest day and 6 sets biceps on back ? then shoulders then a day off then arms then legs then another day off ? thanks alot your the man 😉

Depends on size, activity level, etc. That is the hardest question in all of bodybuilding. You should measure long term weight gain and adjust to slow/speed up weight gain as needed. Hope this helps. 🙂 (I am still playing around with my macros to get them where I want them to be)

Hey, i reliaze that my forearm is much wider than my biceps area. What should i do to even it out of make it bigger. Btw, my body have difficulties to get body fat as it will just burn even when i walk plus im the only one in the family that have a small body. Could you help me?

Hey omar, if you dont have a lot of time, chest is your weak point, and you only train your chest for 35 min on mon and then about 15-20 min on wed., should you train chest on friday?
