If you are having any pain in your joints or back you need to go to the doctor. You DO NOT KEEP TRAINING! I would recommend a chiropractor as well. Because if you workout hardcore without making sure you are okay to do so you really won't be able to move. If you have knee pain or joint pain
I would recommend swimming or water aerobics. If your trainer is telling you to just push through the pain you should always listen to your body first.

Please remember trainers are not doctors and can't tell whether or not you are severely injured. So if you are having any kind of persistent pain that is not muscle soreness and is above a tolerable level, STOP training and go to the doctor.

Tiffany – your spirit, energy and exercises are part of my pain management routine! Many times I can only do a 2-4 minutes (if at all), pause-rest, and return. I have you (on video) in my own personal physical therapy studio! I'm nearly 60 and suffer from fibromyalgia, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD), spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, chronic bronchitis, etc. Your are right, I try to move through the pain when I don't want to. That's how you help! Thank you Tiffany for your naturally inspirational ways – so much better than Rx! Fun. Enjoy!

This is a very timely video for me as I prepare for a fitness test for a job in law enforcement with a swollen knee. Thank you, Tif. I needed this!

Tiffany, I'm 27, always did sport and exercise, but now I start feel pain on my upper back, like it's contract. Now, my question is: there are some exercises that I can do in order to continue to exercise? because after a massage I feel good for a few days and then the pain comes back. Thank you!! besos!!!

Great video. Yes, if something pops or cracks stop, ice, call doctor and find out what happened. This happened to me, but because I could walk without a problem, I didn't go to the doctor, in a boot now because I found out I have a hairline fracture, BUT still working out doing upper body only.
