Gracias, estoy tratando de empezar nuevamente a ejercitarme; ya que tengo una rodilla lesionada y deje de hacer ejercicio. Y me parece fabuloso tu trabajo, ya que piensas en aquellas personas que como yo están lesionadas de sus rodillas.

Did this one today, loved it! I always like when you show low impact, medium and high! Damn arm swinging jumping Jack kicks my butt, but I'm there with you, taking small pauses to die and back at it.
