I'm not sure if anyone will see this.. But… I've tried this one a couple times and usually get just 2 rounds through. I've been working out a few months have lost 50 lb and thought about stopping..I had done a 40 min. cardio before this lower body routine and was feeling a little fatigued in my legs from it… But I told myself no, I'm finishing, regardless. I'm really proud I pushed through and an grateful my body is getting stronger and fitter. Thank you for putting these workouts out there.

This one was pretty easy for me, unlike usual! But it still got me sweating nonetheless. I think its time I finally invest in some ankle weights. Wonder what it will be like to do it then…

I love love love this routine and have been doing it for about a year even now and then when I need a good inner and outer thigh workout. My leg pendulums on round 3 are always wild. 🤪🤪
I notice that when I get up after I do the exercises on the mat, all the blood in my head rushes and I feel dizzy.
Does this happen to anybody else
Only this workout routine makes me feel like that
Anyone can do it. Take your time but keep being regular.

Why can't I lift my thighs of the ground when I do the frog leg lifts I can do all the other workouts just not the frog lifts I'd it because I have big thighs and bum as I'm pear shaped and I'm size 10 and 12 uk tops and size 14 trousers. Will I be able to lift of the ground one day I've lost 3 stones doing you 23 hit workouts and thigh workouts with dumb bells but I just can't lift thighs for the frog only when I lay my back I can do the the frog abdominal to the celling. I was sweating so heard. I love mixing up my workouts only on blender because I find more week spots my top of my body is good I'm size 10 and 12 uk tops its just my lower body like the thighs and core and bum I work on now. I just want to loose another stone. I've reach med my 11stone target I was 13st 8 now I want to be 10st or 10st 6.
