I was all zoned out at the end and only woke when I heard you say namaste! Wonderful relaxing practice.
So there was not anchoring the left foot down and lift the knee, it went directly to take the left out and fold over… hmm
One of the best things about practicing yoga regularly is that when you don't do it for two days (like me today) the stretches and twists feel that much more amazing because I am more aware of the small sensations because of my regular practice!
this is one of my favourite practices. it always feels like a gift. and i love indulging in it 🙂 thank you adriene :,)
I think you forgot to do the
knee thing on the left side, so I stopped the video and did it 🙂

I've been feeling lonely recently as I've moved to a new place and job in september and have been struggling to meet new people outside of work, especially when I'm on night shifts. However, in those last 10 minutes I didn't feel so lonely anymore and it made me cry but in a good way! Today I am grateful for allowing myself half an hour and for Adriene bringing us the joy of yoga and community ❤
This was a beautiful fresh start for me today. I've not been well for the last 6 wks so this was just heaven to get back to. The universe chose this one for me BTW 🤗. Thank you Adriene and Love to all 🙏💕

In today‘s video I think you pronounced what I do like so extraordinarily much about your practices: I have a child-like feeling every now and then, caused by your fabulous sense of humour and your extremely clear view of what matters. This unique combination makes me laugh out loud sometimes („pad your knees with a blanket, with a pet, small children….“) and then again reminds me of not taking everything on my agenda so seriously or even if, of finding some ease in the process („a little goes a long way“)
