QUESTION: Hey Mike, I got a question and I need your opinion on this. I had a conversation (or more of an argument) with a few gym buddies about height and gains.
Do you believe height or body shape gives an advantage or disadvantage with the kind of results you see or it doesn't really matter?
For example, people with short arms tend to have a better peak in their biceps than people with longer arms.

yo mike rashid i just found your youtbe channel today. It was a vid of you training melyssa ford. My question is how do you losen your muscles in between your thighs so i can do a proper squat? I was looking at the technique u told melyssa to do. But, I cant do that i'm out of shape and have too much of a belly to get that low and my thighs be too tight its like i'm bout to rip a muscle. I also fall over. Is there any videos to recommend?

Id almost guarantee I work harder than any guy in a gym doing the work I do and the most depressing thing is I just look wirey and skinny becuase I can’t localise the exercise to specific muscle groups. That’s depressing !
