Hey guys. Here’s some of the exercises I learnt over time to focus on growing my hips. I naturally have very tiny hips so that’s why I wanted to grow it. There’s nothing wrong of have little hips but I wanted to have a wider hips. Also they are all bodyweight exercises so you can do it at home! I do suggest using ankle weights or resistance band once bodyweight is getting easy for you.

Today is my day one. Did all 9 moves, no extra weights or bands. superman and the last curtsey move kicked my ass. 4 kids and 41… Time to feel better about myself. Check on me in 3 weeks you guys to see how I'm doing. I usually give up by day 7… Hopefully I can change bad habit's into good ones.
