Day 48. Did this one again cause I had the printable, and my internet wasn’t working. Sometime I get impatient when I don’t see results, but the face that I can lift heavy again makes me very proud and happy.
Not to self: I can go heavier on the 10 rep round of chest press, if I want. Also, try going a little slower.

This is one of my favorite of your arm workouts. It kicks butt and I was sweating! I am in my 60's and trying to keep my bones healthy and my arms toned (in addition to my cardio workouts – cycling and rowing) and you are helping me do that smartly and safely. Thank you for your great workouts Kelly!
Lol I followed the printout version of this workout and thought 3 rounds meant this whole routine 3 times…. so I literally did this whole video 3 times.. I was wondering why I was struggling so much 😅😂

Great workout Kelly! I loved the challenge of the descending reps and increasing amounts of weight. I discovered you guys a little bit before Covid. When Covid happened and the kids had to come home from school for the next year, they needed PE minutes and I needed something to help keep my mental health in check. We have been following your workouts for most of the whole year. Thank you for providing good content and a super healthy approach to fitness that is easy to follow, yet still challenging for our muscles to do. We really appreciate all the hard work you and Daniel have done over the years. Your videos have been a Godsend to our family. 🙂 Thank you a thousand times over. 🙂
