Hi, joanna before 2 year ago i was loss my w8 by doing simple exercise and yoga but after some months i got fat and now its increase day by day when i doing any type of workout so what i have to do loss fat without using any supplement and nonveg bcoz i am vegiterian 😣😣☹️☹️
