Interval: 1 minute – Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds Rest
Total Workout Time: 12 minutes
Sets: 2 (challenge yourself by doing 3 – 4 sets)
Equipment: One pair of light weight dumbbells, 1 – 2kgs each
Estimated Calories Burned: 70 – 100 Cals
Frequency: 3 – 4 times weekly on alternate days

Hi, joanna before 2 year ago i was loss my w8 by doing simple exercise and yoga but after some months i got fat and now its increase day by day when i doing any type of workout so what i have to do loss fat without using any supplement and nonveg bcoz i am vegiterian 😣😣☹️☹️

Hai jo… Am najwa I really like you from 2015 I was just wonder you're workout. I frist reduce my fat through see ur vedio. Ilike u much. Now I regain my fat because my baby but I can't reduce my fat… I don't get my stand for exercise. Plz help me to which vedio is help me to reduce my body weight
