what are the best ways and times to do these? I have been doing a couple of these ten minute workouts on days I do not feel like going all the way to gym, How often should I do these a week? Is it ok to do one or two of these instead of going to the gym for an hour a couple days a week?

tell me is there any exercises that not increasing the amount of muscle for women's shoulders, but they help to reduce the volume?
