I did this in the morning today instead of afternoon and it was so different. My mind wasn't bogged down by all the information of the day and I felt more open and flexible and just in tune with my needs. It's true we really do carry our emotions in our body.

I could smell the park from here! (Toronto, Canada). I was reminded of when we lived in Arizona…and the scent of the sages and the creosote bushes, etc! Loved hearing the birds, too!

I feel alive and relaxed!!!! After doing this beautiful practice early morning!!!! My first time doing this one I had not come across it but I am so thankful I found this one!!! Wow, just wow!! My body, my muscles, my joints feel so much relaxed and light!!! Thank God for YWA!!!! Your yoga practices help my whole body in every way and especially after a good run, or weight training day!!! India is having a rich culture.. it has many unrevealed sciences which need to be explored and research. like this yoga…it has ayurveda also which is known to treat the patient without any side effect. it can also treat conditions which can't be treated….planet ayurveda is providing best ayurvedic treatment globally
