Looking for a workout that isn’t too intense or heavy but will still help you continue making progress? Please join me for this barefoot, moderate-intensity session that works the entire body with an extra emphasis on the core muscles. We’ll work on activating and strengthening the deep core muscles, building balance and stability for your more intensive workouts.
We’ll spend the first half of the workout standing, then end up on the floor with more targeted 360-degree core strength work to wrap up the session.
EQUIPMENT: A small, soft unweighted ball (or similar-sized pillow)
