I'm sat here thinking,what can i say to make you both realise how amazing you are. As a mother of many and a grandmother of nine grandchildren, you don't just do videos for young gym bunnies, ( I was one many years ago. Many, many years ago lol )but for people who are entering their golden years. All my joints used to hurt, especially my knees, after years of step training. Dr said I had arthritis in my knees. But I have been doing all your strength training for a year, and the pain has subsided, 90%. I love your videos and I will carry on doing them until I can't. I've a feeling I will be for a long time yet lol. Thank you both. Much love xx

Phenomenal!!! I know I've been following this channel for at least 6 years now, maybe even 7, but I have known Coach for the past 10 years and have been using this channel as the foundation of my fitness journey, education, career, and all aspects of my life as a whole. Hi Coach kozak and claudia ,i didmy fitness assessment and my fat mass is high and my muscle mass is very high also and my metabolism is very low My metabolism age is 47 and iam 31
Actually i dont kniw what to do ? I am in diet for 2 months , 4 day excercising with weight and cardio
Actually i dont know what is the best diet and the best exercise plan for my case? I searched on google to find a solution and i did not find something help

I have been following you since 2012 just after my first breakup. i was in 10th grade and chubby and i saw your insanity cardio video and i never stopped following you since. I'm in college now, never been to a gym in my life, still more strong and fir than most of my college mates. All because of you.. you also have replied to few of my previous comments which gave me extra motivations. Thank You and loads of love from India 🙂
