A woman's physique ends up not looking right when they train upper body with the same volume as legs and glutes. Legs and glutes should be double the volume of upper body, that's when a woman that trains really hard ends up with a banging body. This girl's legs and ass are non existent compared to her upper body. If she's going to have that level of muscularity up top, her legs and ass should be much bigger to maintain a female figure

Future rotator cuff injury. "Pour" those lateral, and you'll damage your cortical brachialis and rotator cuff.

Dana, your shoulders are of Olympic proportions. And 35 # is very heavy weight there. So amazing. So strong. I wonder with those if you could lift a man overhead.
