Great video ROB and love seeing your updates of your Pool Villa, you live the dream life and are an inspiration. I'm curious what you think about this style of "Bro Split" with 2/3 body parts focus per training session. For example; Shoulders & Chest day, Arm Day; Triceps & Biceps, Back Day including Traps, Leg day; Quads, Hams and Glutes, calves. This is basically my training these days, but with legs I find so overwhelming for CNS to get though I sometimes do them over 2 days with the last day of the week a full upper body day to hit all muscle groups again. I usually do 5/6 sets per exercise to failure/close to failure with slow controlled reps. 5 to 6 days are covered. I'm over 50 and finding this easiest to stick with and not confusing as I find Push Pull variants can be.
