Hi Jessica, I perspired a lot. In Portugal it is 30º C (it's HOT). At the end of the workout I was perspiring like crazy, but feeling great. Drank lots of water. Thanks.

Did this workout for the first time. I used a 2lb weight instead of a ball, as I do with the other ball workouts. Feel so good! I own several of Jessica's DVDs and use many of her YouTube videos. She is the best, and this is one of her best.

So wonderful to rediscover this routine this morning. I love this every time I do it. The choreography, Zen feel, the music but, although it looks gentle I always work harder than I expect to and feel marvellous afterwards. I used my yoga block as my ball this morning 😀

Loved the workout (kicked my butt!!) but unfortunately it was interrupted 2-4 times by a liberty mutual commercial. Doesn't influence me to like liberty mutual very much for interrupting my exercise routine!

I can't believe how much I sweat during this workout, even though it wasn't especially strenuous. It was mostly easy on the joints, though to protect my shoulders, I sometimes kept the ball at chest level instead of over my head. And great music! Thank you, Jessica.

Yep, still loving this workout! I also find I rotate my 90-degree arms toward the end in a V instead of an L, but figure that preference doesn't affect the work. The only thing I don't love is having commercials break into the workout! I was shocked when it happened last week, & today a long one hit at 7 minutes in & a short one at 14 minutes. I hated that! >:-(

Disappointed to find commercials throughout this routine. I am okay with ads at the beginning or at the end but I find it terrible to have them throughout. I was in flow working out to find a washing powder commercial which broke my workout and then a pasta one. This was once my favourite workout and I very much doubt I will continue with it.

Wow! This workout exceeded my expectations. I'm not much of a sweater but this routine had me almost dripping. It adds a new dimension and variety to my workouts. An added bonus: Peanut stays with us the entire time! Than you, Jessica.

great workout but too many commercial. why don't you add them at the beginning and at the end . it ruins your energy and your pace

I do this workout at least once a month it's one of my favorites! Now you tube is putting ads every 5 minutes, it completely ruins my workout😪 is there any way to fix this?

Hello ,,I did this one after Barefoot Cardi Core from 8-week home fitness program. 1:25hr since it is -16 Celsius -20 with wind. I love Fusion workout it's my sunday candy
