Really? That many carbs on a lean bulk? I guess it is the source of carbs that is important too. Personally I keep a lean bulk lower on carbs but maybe this is incorrect!

subbed bro!!im doing IF now, im 5 foot 9, 185 lbs ish.. and im trying to get lean as hell. I wanna say I am around 12 % bodyfat and I don't really want to go any lower than 180 so is it possible to get to 8% bf without dropping too much weight?

Hey guys I need help here because I'm gonna lose my mind if I'm not wrong. I'm bulking and I was calculating calories on Bodybuilding website. So Carbs 429 grams and protein 290 grams and faaaats 107 grams. Is this shity bulking?. My weight 158 pounds and height is 5 feet and inches 65

Isn't 60 grams of fat too little? I'm on a bulk of 2900 calories and 25% is fat – which i find difficult to intake – so I might lower my fat intake and up my protein intake.
Current weight: 66.2 Kgs
Height : 182 cms
Workout 4 days a week between 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes
