Workout:
– Repeat circuit 3 times (rest is dependent on you so take your time and go once you feel you can give it your all in the next circuit, I took 2 mins rest between circuits)
1. Pull-ups superset to failure at each assistance ( bodyweight, low assistance, medium assistance, high assistance)
2. Wide arm press ups x 12
3. Leaning skull crushers x 12
– Hanging L-sit holds 3 x upto 20s (1 min rest)
– Box jump variations 5 x 12 (45s rest)
– Kneeling squat jump reverse box jump combo 4 x 10 (1 min rest)
– If these are tricky break the moves down and do kneel to squat plus box jumps, definitely don’t try anything you’re not comfortable with!!

Been trying to do more intuitive eating but I am so used to under eating I feel full so quickly. Really don’t like tracking food but I think I might need to for a while until I’m used to how much I need to eat. You videos are super motivating to keep trying to find a good routine and get my nutrition in order.
Let's just take a moment and grasp that after breakfast you say OK, let's go to the gym; after lunch but before Winter Wonderland you say, OK, I need to digest. 😂😂😂😂😂 You & Mario always make me laugh, you are wonderful & lovely people! Lots of love xx Dori

Help a girl out here I have been working out consistently for about a year I've seen some progress but I notice every time I hit a consistent 5 day split I get sick it takes like 1 or 2 weeks of consistently going to the gym and I'm sick again am I over training or is something wrong with me I dont get it

Because of covid, I have online school, I was planning on lazing around during my lunch break because I already ate before and wasn't hungry. But I watched this video and I ended up getting up and doing a super short, simple work-out with dumbells. Somehow seeing you work out made me want to.
