Where are those sunglasses from?
I train calisthenics mostly and like to hit the heavy bag every now and then. If I wanted to do both in one session, would you say its best to get on the bag before or after a strength training?
I add black beans for some more protein. And some roasted corn.
Duuuude that MFP thing is so long :D. Why not just make the recipe as a whole (with the rice and all), and then just decide how many servings it is? And enter it from your recipes category? So much easier and its also nice having a bunch of recipes that you can go to when it comes to batch cooking/or on the fly with all the macros pre figured due to the serving options available. 🙂
I usually make a handy split pea or mixed beans chilli. Starts with teaspoon mustard seeds, teaspoon garlic+teaspoon ginger, saute onions, add garam masala, coriander,turmeric,salt, sugar, paprika, mild chilli. (Be generous with spices). Add in the presoaked and precooked beans/peas/soya chunks etc, add 500ml water and boil 30mins. Reduce heat to simmer and leave to reduce to a thicker chilli 👌

Side note, I usually just use the create recipe bit in mfp and calculate number of servings but your method much more accurate and flexible! Also going to do a chicken mince (heck) chilli tonight I think!
Lastly, a mate got me on to freezer grapes years back as he has it in his drink instead of ice cubes or munches straight from freezer, glad someone else knows freezer grapes too!
