What are the rough calories/macros of all that?

Carbs: 250g
Fats: 50g

Total calories: 2,250

Cardio: 4 x 25 mins LISS sessions per week

Steps: 10k minimum (I aim for 12k)

Lifting: Following the bygameplan.com LPP program
