Bro u teaching him wrong, he has to form a fist with his thumb. His thumb is off balance, usually at lower weight is fine but heavy weights will fuck him up. Plus, he is bouncing through his chest and his ass lift everytime. If you will train him, train him with lower weight with higher reps. Obviously, you are just trying to tired him and of course he think its the best work out. Newb gains are always there at his level but eventually if he kept continuing doing what he is doing now… its no improvement. Thats my honest opinion, don’t take it to an ass readers.
