Don't know if you can help but I've been experiencing some piriformis syndrome and it's cumbersome- I'm doing the stretches but still would like to do some exercise that doesn't irritate that area – any suggestions?

THANK YOU DLB! This workout kicked my butt. 🔥🔥🔥By the end I could barely get my leg to come off the ground for the split squats. I’m sharing this with everybody I know! “Terrible but good” is right. That burn felt great. Best leg day I’ve had all quarantine!

its hard to follow your workouts as you don't say 'switch' or 'we're going onto…" i know you explain before every set but communication during the sets would help as a viewer

This was my takeaway from sets/reps. Question: after the warmup, how many sets of each? I guess as many as u can unless u'r dying after the 1st set lol

2. Static Glute Bridge w/ Banded Abduction x20
3. Donkey Kicks x20 each leg
A. DB Sumo Squat x12-15. SS (superset):
B. Jumping Sumo Squat w/ 2 pulses x10-12
C. Front Foot Elevated Split Squat x12-15 each leg. SS:
D. Single DB Jumping Lunges x30-40 sec
E. DB Swings to Squat x12-15
F. Single leg DL 10-12 each leg SS:
G. Bulgarian 1 1/2 Rep Jump Squat x10-12 each leg

What band are you using for legs?
This looks like a great workout, and I'd love to be able to complete the whole thing, but I can't jump while pregnant. It doesn't work. It just doesn't work.

Have my wife strength and muscle building/toning as part of balanced training with dumbbell, bands,body weight with some old school philosophy but time constraint. What is recommended 5 Day M-F body part schedule? Only have push/pull/legs 3 day cycle in my brains.
Today leg day so going to give this first time seen workout a whack. She going to ENJ🤮Y!

Burner! I wasn't clear if she did each set only once or more…so I split the difference and did each set twice. Dying! Added 10-minute abs at the end…for fun.
